Great opportunity to join this software development house as an IT Helpdesk Administrator in their West End Offices. You will join a busy team providing first line support on their bespoke software application to their clients, the majority of the work will be over the telephone however in time you will be attending client site, as such superb communication and presentation skills will be a given for this one. The right candidate will have a good balance of technical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills. Full training will be provided however some experience of a Helpdesk is essential. This really is a fantastic opportunity to work with leading edge technologies in an environment which encourages development and progression.
